Anti-Spam Policy
Last updated: October 5, 2026
This policy covers all email sent by or on behalf of Lilium Digital LLC (Casper, Wyoming, USA) and applies to all domains we operate, including crewlicense.com and getcrewlicense.com.
What we prohibit
- Unsolicited bulk email (spam) is prohibited. We do not send bulk email to recipients who have no relationship with us, and we prohibit anyone — employees, contractors, affiliates, or any third party — from advertising our websites through unsolicited bulk email. We operate no affiliate program.
- No purchased or harvested consumer lists. We never buy consumer email lists and never harvest addresses from websites for bulk mailing.
- No deceptive practices. Every message we send uses truthful sender information, a truthful subject line, and our real postal address.
What we send
- Transactional and account email (sign-up confirmations, the reports and alerts our customers asked for, billing notices), sent only to our own users.
- Individual, low-volume business correspondence with owners of independent restaurants and bars, about their point-of-sale setup. These are one-to-one messages written to a specific business, sent in compliance with the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act: they identify who we are, include our physical postal address, contain a working opt-out, and we honor every opt-out immediately and permanently.
Opt-out and complaints
Any recipient can opt out of any correspondence from us by replying to the message or by emailing hello@crewlicense.com. Opt-outs are honored immediately. To report suspected abuse of our domains, email hello@crewlicense.com — a person reads every report.
Enforcement
Violation of this policy by anyone acting for Lilium Digital LLC results in immediate termination of that relationship. We authenticate all outbound mail with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC so that receivers can verify our messages.
