Refunds & Cancellation

The short version: cancel anytime, right from your dashboard. No contracts, no minimum terms, no cancellation fees, and nobody will call to talk you out of it. Annual plans have a 30-day full-refund window. And if we ever miss an alert we owed you, that month is on us.

Canceling your subscription

You can cancel whenever you want, and it takes about ten seconds:

Sign in at app.crewlicense.com
Open Billing → Manage billing
Click Cancel subscription and confirm

That’s it. Your monitoring keeps running through the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and you are never charged again. Prefer email? Write to hello@crewlicense.com and we’ll cancel it for you the same day.

Refunds

Free trial. Every account starts with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required — so you can see exactly what you’re getting before a single dollar changes hands.
Monthly plans. Charges are non-refundable, and we don’t prorate a partly used month — but since you can cancel anytime, the most a monthly plan can ever cost you after you decide to leave is the month you’re already in.
Annual plans. Full refund, no questions asked, within 30 days of the initial annual charge. After 30 days, we refund the unused months on a prorated basis.
Billing mistakes. Charged twice, charged after canceling, charged the wrong amount? Email us and we’ll refund it as soon as we see the message — that one’s never a debate.

If the Service stops working

Our whole job is sending the alert on time. If the Service fails for a month you paid for — it stopped reading your Square data and we did not tell you — email us within 30 days of that month and we refund it. We do not refund on the basis that a report found nothing: a clean report is a result, not a failure.Terms of Service.
